Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in the PC industry.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record of leading a technical lab team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Architects to design best-fit OEM solutions.
• Interact with customers, partners, and Lenovo sales teams.
• Define processes and task assignments; improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with test, quality, and manufacturing engineers.
• Develop revenue-generating ideas through engineering services.
• Summarize and communicate updates to upper management.
• Coordinate with a global WW team across time zones.
