Job summary

The role demands 7+ years in software engineering or AI delivery, hands-on coding, and deep expertise in large language models and cloud platforms. Fluent English and experience with multinational stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering track record with production software experience.
• Experience deploying AI solutions inside enterprise environments within last 2–3 years.
• Fluent in English with senior business audiences.
• Deep practical expertise in large language models and agentic systems.
• Proficiency with APIs, data pipelines and enterprise system integration.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI products enabling AI-native working for Lenovo's strategy team.
• Architect access to corporate context (documents, data, systems) in a governed, secure manner.
• Ensure production-quality code and durability as team evolves.
• Own end-to-end technical architecture including model selection, agent orchestration, security and integration.
• Lead pilots through testing to scaled rollout with enablement for adopters.
• Establish standards for responsible AI, data governance and compliance.
