Job summary

Lenovo Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Consulting Leader to drive end-to-end business solutions and service delivery across the region. The role focuses on cloud modernization, applications modernization, AI-enabled strategies, and strong client partnerships.

You will oversee large-scale projects, engage C-level stakeholders, and guide architecture, governance and delivery practices, leveraging Azure, AWS or GCP to deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in project leadership roles
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects involving both applications and infrastructure
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), enterprise architecture, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; Agile/SAFe experience a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF frameworks and consulting methodologies
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures

The Job

The position is responsible to drive the end-to-end business solutions as well as service delivery in the region by

Business Development

Discover and build practice with new technology and partners from the market, with special focus on: Technology Refreshment / re-platform, Apps Modernization, Bespoke Apps implementation, AI Apps, , and cloud migration.

Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations

Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to revenue targets

Develop end-to-end business solutions for clients

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Act as a strategic partner to C-level executives, understanding business challenges and shaping technology solutions

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, as the trusted technology advisor, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business

Project Delivery Leadership

Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale consulting projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets

Implement governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards

Architect solutions, and able to take up as subject matter expertise on delivery

Provide thought leadership on cloud platforms (Azure preferred), enterprise applications, and infrastructure modernization

Advise clients on emerging technologies, digital transformation strategies, and best practices

Building domain related service delivery team.

Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering collaboration and high performance

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building within the practice

Support other internal competency centres and practices

The Person

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred

10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in project leadership roles.
