Canonical is hiring a Regional HR Manager to lead the Americas HR team and drive compliant, scalable operations across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with senior leaders, guide talent development and succession planning, and ensure consistent HR practices in a remote-first environment.

You will influence performance management, onboarding, and culture initiatives, while leveraging data trends to inform decisions. Occasional travel to internal events is expected.

Formación

• HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
• Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
• Experience in working in a remote-first organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale Canonical’s regional HR team across the AMER region.
• Ensure precise, compliant HR operations and accurate data reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape employee lifecycle processes.
• Coach managers on performance, org design and employee relations across jurisdictions.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and training programs.
