Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR work across multiple regions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of local labor laws in LATAM preferred.
• Hands-on in daily HR operations and process design.
• Experience mentoring and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise and compliant HR operations globally and accurately.
• Collaborate with Americas HR Manager and Global Head of HR to drive impact.
• Own talent development, succession planning and onboarding initiatives.
• Work with managers on performance management and org design.
• Partner with HRIS team to refine day-to-day HR processes.
• Coach managers on employee relations across countries.
• Support training and development programs for teams.
• Build trusted regional partnerships and drive DEI efforts.
• Design and deliver global HR policies and critical projects.
