Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Growth Marketer who thinks like a growth hacker, builder and dealmaker. You’ll help build the growth engine from the ground up, identify unconventional opportunities, create high-impact campaigns, build partnerships, and turn AI into your unfair advantage.

You’ll be expected to find the opportunity, build the campaign, make the partnership, launch the idea, measure the result — and make it grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product growth, performance marketing or startup environments.
• Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement and conversion
• Identify unconventional channels and growth loops to drive rapid user and customer growth
• Build, deploy and manage AI marketing agents for content, lead generation, outreach, research, SEO, social and campaign optimisation
• Turn AI tools and agents into a scalable AI-native marketing machine
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations that unlock new distribution and customer acquisition opportunities
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including events, activations, community initiatives and other real-world growth opportunities
• Use data and analytics to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities
• Continuously research emerging AI tools, platforms and tactics and figure out how to weaponise them for growth
