Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a proactive Growth Marketer in Hong Kong to turn attention into signups and customers. You will own end-to-end growth, from paid ads and SEO to outbound and referrals, and be trusted to experiment, learn fast, and scale what works.

You will work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging, using AI to gain an edge, and obsess over funnel metrics and conversions. This hands-on role rewards initiative and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with a can-do mindset and adaptability.
• Interest in multiple channels: paid, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle.
• Comfort with data and attribution to drive decisions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Experience or exposure to B2C brands or startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end, setting strategy and measuring results.
• Generate leads and drive signups, building scalable motions across channels.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers.
• Leverage AI to improve research, copy, targeting, and speed.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages with strong analytics.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging for growth.
