Axis Global Tech Limited is a Hong Kong-based AI fintech platform hiring for our retail-focused mobile app team that aims to develop agentic finance products to everyday consumers. We move fast, ship with urgency, and are building a high-calibre team as we scale.

We are seeking a performance marketing specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Twitter/X Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, while tracking metrics and driving ROI. ASAP start strongly preferred.

Qualifications

1–2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Experience managing paid campaigns on Twitter/X, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
Familiar with UA campaigns and app-install objectives.
Proficient in analytics and attribution tools.
Fluent in English.
Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
Report CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV with data-backed recommendations.
Research optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
Own the full performance funnel from ad spend to attribution.
Set up tracking via AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch with engineering.
Analyze data and reallocate budget to scale winning campaigns.
Collaborate with social media manager, designers, and product team on creatives.
Stay current on fintech/crypto advertising restrictions and channel changes.
