Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 8 years in advanced analytics, product or platform development with large companies.
• Consulting firm experience preferred.
• Well versed with various AI tools and practical AI applications.
• Strong experience leading large cross-functional projects and customer journeys.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy and architect the enterprise AI roadmap for insurance marketing.
• Drive transformation from legacy processes to data-driven automation.
• Own ROI delivery for AI products and analytics investments.
• Align C-suite, marketing, actuaries and IT on AI initiatives.
• Build predictive models to optimize CAC across digital channels.
• Deploy real-time recommendations for tailored insurance offers.
