Job summary

TechForce is seeking an AI Adoption & Support Analyst (Senior/Junior) to drive enterprise AI adoption through user training, enablement, change management, and frontline support activities while promoting responsible and effective use of AI technologies across the organisation. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in IT support or related roles for Analyst level candidates.
• 5+ years in technology adoption or training for Senior Analyst level candidates.
• Experience training on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or similar tools.
• Fluent Cantonese and English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Support AI adoption and enablement across the organisation.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programmes.
• Provide frontline support for AI tools and digital solutions.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Gather feedback and improve adoption and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Promote Responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
• Contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor adoption metrics and suggest improvements.
• Serve as a point of contact for users during AI adoption journey.
