Job summary

TechForce is seeking an experienced Digital & AI Transformation Executive Leader to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions in collaboration with senior management. You will own end-to-end accountability for major AI/data/digital initiatives and work to ensure alignment, governance, and delivery momentum across large, complex programs.

The role requires 15+ years in consulting or technology change with direct responsibility for AI/digital programs, and Cantonese language proficiency is a must.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting and/or technology change, with senior leadership of large, complex projects.
• Recent and direct responsibility for major AI/data/digital programs.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at senior management level, including participation in top-tier leadership meetings and decision forums.
• Cantonese is a must.
• Experience leading and overseeing program execution through Project Management and Technical Delivery leadership (e.g., managing/partnering with a Project Manager and a Technical Delivery Manager).

• Set strategic direction, execution approach, and governance cadence for complex programs.
• Lead senior stakeholder management and decision-making
• Act as the executive presence in senior leadership forums and ensure clear escalation paths.
• Partner with senior management to align priorities, resolve constraints, and secure resources.
• Oversee program delivery leadership
• Direct and manage the Project Manager and Technical Delivery Manager to ensure delivery quality, timelines, and operational readiness.
• Establish standard delivery practices and reporting rhythms across the program.
• Be the person responsible for big AI/data/digital programs—defining scope, outcomes, operating model, and delivery structure.
• Ensure technical direction is aligned with business needs and transformation goals.
• Ensure transformation governance and controls
• Provide executive-level oversight on governance, risk management, and change management principles to support successful adoption.
