Job summary

TechForce is seeking an experienced AI Architect / Senior AI Architect to lead end-to-end GenAI solution architecture for enterprise-scale programs. You will design and deliver AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and production-ready, working with data, applications and existing systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.

The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI architecture, RAG and agentic workflows, governance frameworks and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture and end-to-end AI delivery.
• Hands-on Generative AI design for enterprise applications.
• Experience with RAG, agentic workflows and data integration.
• Strong cloud and hybrid architecture knowledge across Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience leading architecture decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design of enterprise GenAI applications.
• Design AI solutions using RAG and agentic workflows across enterprise data.
• Shape scalable AI architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Define how AI, data, applications and systems integrate into robust end-to-end solutions.
• Drive architecture standards, evaluation approaches and governance frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, data and business teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout solution delivery.
• Take ownership of architecture decisions and technical direction.
