Job summary

TechForce is seeking an experienced AI Architect / Senior AI Architect to lead end-to-end GenAI solution architecture for enterprise-scale programs. You will design and deliver AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and production-ready, working with data, applications and existing systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.

The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI architecture, RAG and agentic workflows, governance frameworks and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture and end-to-end AI delivery.
• Hands-on Generative AI design for enterprise applications.
• Experience with RAG, agentic workflows and data integration.
• Strong cloud and hybrid architecture knowledge across Azure, AWS or GCP.

TechForce is looking for an experienced AI Architect / Senior AI Architect to support a major organization in designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions. This person will lead end-to-end GenAI solution architecture, RAG and agentic applications, data and system integration, and cloud/hybrid architecture, ensuring AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design of enterprise GenAI applications, from concept through production delivery.

Design innovative AI solutions using RAG, agentic workflows and enterprise data, solving complex real-world business challenges.

Shape scalable AI architectures across cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments, working with platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.

Define how AI, enterprise data, applications and existing systems integrate into robust end-to-end solutions.

Drive AI architecture standards, evaluation approaches and governance frameworks to support responsible enterprise AI adoption.

Partner closely with engineering, data and business teams, translating business requirements into practical AI solution designs.

Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance throughout solution delivery, helping teams turn AI concepts into deployable solutions.

Take ownership of key architecture decisions and technical direction, helping shape how enterprise AI solutions are designed and delivered.

Requirements

Proven experience in solution architecture and design, ideally across enterprise data, AI or digital solutions.

Strong hands‑on knowledge of Generative AI architecture, including practical experience designing enterprise AI applications.

Experience architecting solutions involving RAG, agentic workflows, enterprise data and system integrations.

Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures, with experience across Azure, AWS or GCP AI services.

Experience leading architecture or technical design decisions, working closely with engineering, data and business teams.

Exposure to AI evaluation, governance or responsible AI frameworks is highly desirable.

Experience designing solutions integrating cloud AI services with on-premise systems or enterprise data environments is highly desirable.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and provide architecture leadership throughout solution delivery.
