The role emphasizes training, customer follow-ups, partnerships, and potential growth into advisory or management roles within the AI field. Fluency in the local language and 1 year of IT/AI experience are required.

Qualifications

• University graduate with degree in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM or equivalent
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in local language is a must
• Good understanding of IT terminology, networking concepts, computing hardware and assembling
• Good understanding of IoT devices and other hardware
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• 1 year of relevant IT or AI experience in customer services, presales, post sales or Technical Support

• Involve in matching the company's AI to meet customer requirements

This position is suitable for someone who has keen interest in

• sharpening his consultative & presentation skills establishing trusting relationships with customers

• communicating with customers offering most suitable Automated AI solution to achieve their operational efficiency & productivity

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide Technical expertise that will include at least the following activities:

• will provide the required on-the-job training on company's patented multi-sensory physical AI and become familiarized with the world’s most advanced AI solutions & industry use cases
• will involve in matching company's appropriate AI to meet customers requirements
• will involve in preparing and presenting relevant AI Proposal for specific customers
• will involve in constant customers follow-ups aiming to win opportunities
• will involve in setting up strategic partnerships

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Graduate with relevant degree such as major in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) or equivalent
• Good communication and presentation skills
