Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or financial services.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Building models, dashboards, or data visualisation (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong structured problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience managing projects and working across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance / financial services experience preferred.
• The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution & Delivery: Lead execution of key agency strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, translate direction into workplans and timelines.
• Data & Insight Generation: Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights and develop dashboards to identify opportunities and trends.
• Stakeholder Management: Align with internal stakeholders to priorities, communicate recommendations, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Project & Initiative Support: Manage multiple initiatives, contribute to new initiatives, and support strategic planning cycles and business transformation efforts.
