Qualifications

• University graduate with training and insurance professional qualifications.
• Financial planning qualification preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and executing training programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with customer-care focus.
• Independent and self-driven with result-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems.
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Chinese word-processing.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager Position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality training to developed programs, align with need-based selling concepts in new agent training.
• Own training program and ensure quality of training delivery.
• Monitor effectiveness of programs.
• Identify and assess training needs analysis of the agency force.
• Develop programs that address specific business needs.
• Promote communication with managers and collect feedback on training programs.
• Lead projects when required; collaborate across departments.
