Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Training Manager to deliver quality training, assess effectiveness, and drive initiatives aligned with agency growth in Hong Kong. You will own training programs, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with managers to address business needs.

The role emphasizes communication, analytics, and the ability to work across departments in a bilingual (English/Chinese) environment. Hybrid arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• University degree with training and insurance qualifications.
• Professional qualification in financial planning preferred.
• Track record in developing and executing training programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem solving and customer focus.
• Independent, self-driven and result-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and common MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality training and align with need-based selling concepts.
• Own training programs and ensure training delivery quality.
• Monitor training effectiveness and impact.
• Identify and assess agency training needs.
• Develop programs addressing specific business needs.
• Promote communication with managers and gather feedback.
• Lead projects and collaborate across departments.
