Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks an experienced leadership training professional to design and deliver programs for agency managers and senior leaders. You will drive recruitment, productivity, and retention through innovative content, and align learning journeys with business strategy.

The role requires 8+ years in insurance training, strong facilitation and stakeholder management, and the ability to evaluate learning impact.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 8+ years of relevant training experience from the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership training experience, including designing, planning and delivering workshops.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering leadership training for mid-to-senior level leaders.
• Ability to analyze training needs, instructional design, facilitation and learning evaluation.
• Knowledge of talent development frameworks, leadership competencies and succession programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate and partner across teams.

• Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks, and experiential learning approaches.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc initiatives related to leadership capability building and organizational development.
