Qualifications

• University graduate with training and insurance professional qualifications.
• Financial planning certification preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and executing training programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Independent and self-driven with result-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality training aligned with need-based selling concepts.
• Own and ensure quality of training delivery.
• Monitor training program effectiveness.
• Identify training needs of the agency force.
• Develop programs addressing business needs.
• Lead cross-department projects and gather manager feedback.
• Promote open communication channels with managers.
