Job summary

Prudential plc in Hong Kong seeks a Compliance Specialist to manage the agency disciplinary hub, ensuring impartial resolution of cases and timely communication with agents, ERM, and leadership. You will maintain logs, reports, and SOPs in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, 3+ years in insurance compliance or audit, and fluency in English and Chinese. You will partner with cross‑functional teams, design training, and uplift compliance awareness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
At least 3 years’ experience in Insurance Compliance, Risk Management or Audit.
Familiar with regulatory requirements and market practices.
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in English and Chinese language.

Responsibilities

Act as the responsible person of the agency-related disciplinary hub and manage all disciplinary issues with agents.
Prepare compliance reports and statistics for management, ERM, and audits.
Coordinate investigations, interviews, and disciplinary actions with cross-functional teams.
Maintain the Agency Handbook, Disciplinary Point System, and SOPs in line with regulations.
Provide training to agencies and ensure timely updates on regulatory requirements.
