Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a diligent compliance professional to strengthen distribution and regulatory compliance. You will prepare management materials, analyze data for committee reviews, and report to regulators with accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in distribution compliance, regulatory compliance, fraud investigation or quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to think critically and independently, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Good presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Foster conduct and customer protection culture by implementing group standards.
Prepare materials and perform data analysis for management meetings (e.g., Conduct Committee).
Prepare monthly regulator and management reports with accuracy.
Develop clear compliance communications for staff and intermediaries.
Lead investigations related to market conduct and recommend disciplinary actions.
