Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a Relationship Management professional for the Consumer Banking Group in Hong Kong. The role focuses on acquiring affluent clients, cross-selling wealth management and investment products, and delivering tailored financial planning solutions.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage portfolios, ensure compliance with KYC/AML, and participate in RI/TR regulatory activities. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with 3+ years sales experience in consumer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in consumer banking, preferably affluent segment.
• Proven sales track record in wealth management products.
• Registered RI with HKSI papers 1 & 4, or equivalent; and IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
• Degree in business or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote wealth management products and financial planning services.
• Acquire new affluent customers through cross-selling and referrals; assess needs via FNA.
• Build and deepen client relationships; conduct portfolio reviews and cross-referrals.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, PDPO, and RI/TR regulatory requirements.
