Job summary

BYBIT in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Sales Lead to own the affiliate growth strategy for the Mandarin-speaking market, reporting into the global BD team. You will source and build relationships with crypto communities, KOLs, HNW individuals, and professional traders to drive user acquisition.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and VIP teams to localize offerings and maximize ROI across registration, deposits, and trading activity in a fast-growing, highly active regional crypto

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services with a track record in building affiliate networks or BD pipelines.
• Experience in business development or affiliate management, including referral economics and partner lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills with multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in CPA, LTV, and deposit metrics.
• Fluent Mandarin; ability to operate between global HQ and local partners.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate network building: identify, recruit, and develop affiliates with HNW clients and professional traders.
• KOL & Influencer partnerships: source and manage campaigns, co-branded content, and referral programs.
• HNW client management: maintain direct relationships and provide access to relevant Bybit products.
• User acquisition strategy: devise locally relevant approaches to drive registrations and trading volume.
• Market intelligence: monitor regulation, competition, and community sentiment; relay insights.
• Performance optimization: own OKRs for registration, deposits, and trading volume; iterate for ROI.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams to localize offerings.
