Job summary

Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Academy Limited (HKATA) is seeking an energetic STEM Academy Operations Officer to oversee daily logistics, admin, and customer service at the N.O.R.A. center in North Point.

You will ensure classes run on time, instructors are prepared, and parents receive VIP hospitality. Experience in operations, scheduling, and CRM systems is essential, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations/project management.
• Experience in an education center, premium learning academy, hospitality, or high-end fitness club is preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

• Mastermind the weekly timetable for 5 classrooms and coordinate rosters for instructors.
• Manage project timelines, goals, and deliverables for STEM classes, camps, and events.
• Oversee front desk operations and VIP-level hospitality for parents.
