Job summary

The Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA) is seeking a dedicated staff member to assist in course delivery logistics and provide clerical support for all training activities. The role involves coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth programme execution, and supporting the Academy's Learning Management System.

Ideal candidates will have a Higher Diploma with at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

Higher Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Preferably in airport / airline operations environment or education institutions with hands-on course support experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in course delivery logistics in both face-to-face class and virtual delivery.
Provide clerical support to all training related activities of the Academy.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for course and programme related issues.
Provide administrative support in the Academy’s Learning Management System and other online learning systems.
Assist in compilation of training records, reports and statistics for quality assurance and related purpose.
Perform other ad hoc projects as required.
