Job summary

The Community Chest Of Hong Kong is seeking an Executive – Campaigns to assist the Manager in planning and executing fund-raising campaigns and overseeing publicity programs and events. The role also involves producing marketing collateral and building partnerships with corporate and individual donors.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in communications/marketing, at least three years of related fundraising experience, and strong English and Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications/marketing/social science or other relevant disciplines.
• At least three years relevant working experience ideally in fund raising, event marketing, handling corporate donors and Committee Members.
• Strong marketing sense and business acumen.
• Proactive, a good team player and capable in multi-tasking.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Computer competence in Word/Excel/Access/Chinese Input/Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in the planning and execution of fund-raising campaigns.
• Organise and oversee publicity programs (print and social media) and promotional events.
• Prepare marketing collateral such as direct mailings, posters, leaflets, adverts and website.
• Build and cultivate partnership with major corporate and individual donors.
• Prepare documentation for committee meetings such as meeting papers and minutes, reports and analysis.
