Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) seeks an experienced administrative professional to support the Risk Committee with meeting coordination, materials preparation, minute-taking and action follow-up. The role manages correspondence, records, and filing to Bank standards, and oversees office logistics and IT assets including safety measures.

You will also plan internal trainings and assist in annual departmental budgeting and expenditure tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in preferred fields.
• 3 years of banking admin experience or 5 years in administration management.
• Strong bilingual writing, communication, and report preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Risk Committee, including meeting coordination, materials prep, minute-taking, and follow-up.
• Manage official correspondence, document receipt and dispatch, and maintain proper records filing per Bank requirements.
• Oversee departmental administrative logistics, including office equipment, stationery and IT assets; ensure safety and security measures.
• Plan and organise all internal training activities of the department.
• Assist in preparing the annual departmental budget and monitor expenditures.
