Job summary

HAECO Hong Kong is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage invoicing in SAP S/4 HANA and coordinate related follow-up activities. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and timely close.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA, MS Excel/Word, and strong English and Chinese communication. You’ll join a dynamic MRO environment at HKIA with opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or related disciplines) is required.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA or equivalent ERP systems for billing is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for billing using SAP S/4 HANA and related follow-up work.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules for interim/annual account closing.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc projects such as system migrations and workflow improvements.

Position Description

The position is primarily responsible for bill issuance in SAP S/4 HANA of assigned; and related follow-up work. Hand any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

What You'll Do

• Primarily responsible for billing using SAP S/4 HANA and related follow-up work

• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle ad hoc projects (e.g. system migration, workflow automations and improvements)

What You'll Need

• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA or equivalent ERP systems for billing or invoicing will be an advantage
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
• High self-initiative in taking up responsibilities
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
