Job summary

Cargolux Airlines in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented accounting assistant to support billing and invoicing processes. You will check and review invoices from the Internal Cargo System, and issue and submit billing data in the IATA Clearing System to ensure accurate records.

You will also maintain customers’ accounts in internal systems and assist with ad-hoc projects as required, contributing to timely and precise financial operations in a full-time Hong Kong role.

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent in Business Administration or Accounting.
• 1 to 3 years' working experience in Accounting.
• Experience of using SAP is preferable.
• Good command in English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Excel with PivotTable and VLOOKUP is an asset.

Essential Requirements For The Position

• Relevant 1 to 3 years' working experience in Accounting;
• Experience of using SAP is preferable;
• Good command in English and Cantonese;
• A sense of responsibility, positive attitude and self-motivated;
• Proficient in MS application, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
• Familiar with Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup) and Visual Basic is an asset
