Job summary

HAECO Hong Kong is seeking a highly experienced Cabin Technical Associate to join the Line Maintenance Cabin Management Center. You will handle, monitor, and control cabin deferred defects and provide support to airline customers, cabin product OEM reps and the CMC team.

The role requires 7+ years in aircraft maintenance planning/advisory, and familiarity with CX Ultramain, AMOS, Net-line Ops and TDM. Proficiency in English and Chinese is expected, with HKCEE/HKDSE or higher qualification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience of technical advisory / planning / production experience on aircraft maintenance.
• 2+ years of experience as Senior Cabin Maintenance Mechanic/Senior Cabin Technical Associate or equivalent.
• Working experience on cabin deferred defects management will be an advantage.
• Familiar with CX Ultramain, AMOS, Net-line Ops and TDM system will be an advantage.
• If working experience less than 7 years, Senior Cabin Technical Associate as a consideration.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper safety procedures and best practices in all cabin deferral defect handling activities.
• Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements, standard procedures, and the highest safety standards.
• Provide technical recommendations on cabin defect rectification.
• Plan, manage, prepare, and issue work package of cabin deferred defects for line and base maintenance activities, based on airline operations, aircraft time available, complexity of work and availability of required resources such as facilities, tooling, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinate plans for maintenance work packages with the production team to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with material management team to assure that the parts supply is compatible with the work package provided.
• Liaise and update with customers on all cabin deferral defects.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations.

Position Description

As a member of high performing Line Maintenance Cabin Management Center (CMC) under HAECO Hong Kong, CMC Cabin Technical Associates are responsible for handling, monitoring, and controlling cabin deferred defects and providing support to airline customer, cabin product OEM representative and other CMC team members for seamless support to cabin maintenance.
