Job summary

Principle One Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Assistant to bridge sales, operations and business support functions, owning sales operation processes and coordinating across teams. The role focuses on managing key accounts, strengthening client relationships, and supporting revenue generation through project delivery from opportunity development to completion.

You will maintain CRM records, coordinate with service delivery and procurement teams, and assist in tendering, market intelligence

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years account management, customer service, project management or sales experience.
• Experience in technology industry/solutions would be an advantage.
• Technology project management experience is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts as assigned
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients at various levels
• Maintain regular contact with assigned clients, solicit feedback and assist in managing issues that arise
• Maintain and document all account related information in CRM system
• Accountable for after-sales services and coordinate with sales, pre-sales, service delivery, procurement, administration teams and external suppliers to ensure service delivery satisfaction
• Manage maintenance contract and service contract renewals for assigned clients
• Assist tender bidding exercise and collection of market intelligence, customer information, project information
• Manage account receivables
• Providing regular account status report to management
• Develop account management strategies, improvement proposals, campaigns to uplift service quality and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities
• Assist in Marketing activities including but not limited to preparation, update and issuance of pitching materials, presentations, website and social media
• Work closely with Helpdesk and Project team to review the service and project quality for their account and make suggestion for continue improvement on both costs and service quality
• Assist in project finance to their accounts to make sure we have the best cost saving for the project including but not limited to utilisation of the "Non-Stock Inventory" in warehouse to replace new equipment purchase, bulk purchase discount for subcontractors, utilise internal resources as much as possible without compromising on project quality and timeline
