Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Assistant Key Accounts Manager to support and grow key accounts for a Japanese company in Hong Kong. The role focuses on managing all-round sales activities, including quotations, vouchers, invoices, and service arrangements, while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will prepare sales reports, analysis, and coordinate with the accounting team for payments, liaising with suppliers and branches.

Qualifications

• Min 5-8 years solid sales / key accounting experience.
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Chinese and English.
• Proactive, Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all around sales and key accounts follow up including preparing the quotation, vouchers, invoice, services arrangement etc.
• Maintain and develop the good relationship with clients
• Prepare the sales reports and data analysis to management
• Work closely with accounting departments for payments
• Liaise with internal and external suppliers and other branches
• Ad hoc projects
