Activation Marketing Limited is seeking a seasoned professional for luxury brand or corporate event roles in Hong Kong. The position requires extensive client liaison, flawless event coordination, and a strong presence as a presenter.

The candidate should be highly organized, capable under pressure, and willing to travel for international events. Immediate availability is preferred, with higher levels of experience eligible for the Senior Account Manager track.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above with 5+ years of luxury brand or corporate event experience.
• International events experience is advantageous.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of working to tight deadlines.
• Capable of working in high pressure situations.
• Confident and engaging communicator and presenter.
• In-depth knowledge of technical and logistical aspects of production.
• Highly organized, with flawless attention to details.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Travelling is required.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Account Manager
