Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Marketing & Communications / Event Management / Advertising / KOL coordination
• Excellent writing, editing and translation skills in Chinese and English (Cantonese and Mandarin fluency required)
• University degree or above, majoring in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals and integrated marketing campaign plans
• Plan, implement and participate in events (launches, activations, media gatherings)
• Coordinate KOL/influencer campaigns from sourcing to content review and reporting
• Draft press releases and pitch materials in Chinese and English
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists and KOLs/influencers
• Monitor media coverage, prepare clipping reports and track campaign performance

Responsibilities

Campaign & Content

Develop project proposals and integrated marketing campaign plans

Plan, implement and participate in events (launches, activations, media gatherings)

Coordinate KOL/influencer campaigns — from sourcing and briefing to content review and reporting

PR & Media Relations

Draft press releases and pitch materials in Chinese and English

Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists and KOLs/influencers

Monitor media coverage, prepare clipping reports and track campaign performance

Requirements

University degree or above, majoring in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline preferred

5+ years of proven experience in Marketing & Communications / Event Management / Advertising / KOL coordination

Excellent writing, editing and translation skills in Chinese and English (Cantonese and Mandarin fluency required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
