Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a data centre IT support professional to provide 7×24 operation support (3-4 working days per week) and deliver 1st & 2nd tier support for data centre systems and network configuration.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, perform installations and decommissioning, and handle incidents with escalation to seniors. Training will be provided to new joiners, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years IT experience.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 7×24 data centre operation support (3-4 working days per week).
• Provide 1st & 2nd tier support to Data Center and handle data center system & network configuration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment decommissioning and housekeeping.
• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors.
• Training workshops and on-the-job training will be provided to new joiners.
