Qualifications

• F.7/DSE or computer related certificate/diploma is preferred.
• Experience in working in Data Centre for operations of computer systems and networks is preferred.
• Proven capabilities in following operations procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide service desk support to users.
• Handle events, operations and support according to established data centre procedures.
• Monitor and manage company's and client's servers, network and computer systems in the data centre.
