Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day support in 7x24 Data Centre.
• Provide technical support including Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning.
• Perform monitoring of Data Centre network and system.
• Maintain accurate records, document problems, and prepare reports.
• Handle incidents, technical problems and escalate to upper tier.
