A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking a Logistics Operative near Chalgrove. This hands-on role involves supporting logistics operations, including kitting and shipping of components. Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: ASAP (notice periods considered)

We’re recruiting for a Logistics Operative to join a leading aerospace manufacturer near Chalgrove. This is a hands-on role supporting critical logistics operations across goods in, internal transport, kitting and shipping. It’s an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative, safety-conscious team supporting the production of life-saving technology.
- Salary up to £26,775 depending on experience
- 37-hour week with lunchtime finish every Friday
- 9% non-contributory pension scheme

- Training and development opportunities including explosives awareness and documentation
- Process pick lists and manually kit explosive and hardware components
- Operate Kardex storage systems and maintain SAP stock accuracy
- Book in incoming goods and deliver them to appropriate departments
- Move assemblies and kits between departments in line with the production plan
- Palletise, label and prepare shipments including dangerous goods documentation
- Support the shipping team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders
- Logistics or warehouse experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Forklift or Manitou licence beneficial (training can be provided)
- A team player who is proactive and keen to learn
