Product (UX/UI) Designer | CleanTech Startup | £50–90k + Equity | Hybrid (London/Bristol)

We’re hiring for a fast-growing startup on a mission to decarbonise home heating in the UK. With 400+ customers onboarded in under 18 months and fresh funding secured, they’re building a platform that makes heat pump installations faster, easier, and scalable.

They’re now looking for a Product (UX/UI) Designer to simplify complex workflows, drive intuitive user experiences, and help scale the product across mobile and desktop.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive tools across survey apps, installer platforms, and homeowner touchpoints
• Simplify complex systems like compliance and fluid dynamics into clean user flows
• Build a scalable design system for a range of user types
• Lead user research, rapid prototyping, and validation
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship high-quality features

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years in product/UI design, ideally in a fast-paced startup
• Strong systems thinker who thrives on solving real-world problems
• Great with users, technical detail, and cross-functional collaboration
• Bonus: experience with field tools or operational workflows
