We’re currently seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming mainstream primary school in Weymouth, supporting a pupil with Autism on a 1:1 basis.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism (preferred)

A calm, patient and nurturing approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A proactive and adaptable mindset

Must drive or have reliable transport access to Weymouth

Excellent rates of pay, paid two weekly

Full-time role with consistent hours

Supportive school environment and welcoming team

Ongoing guidance and support from our experienced consultants
