Why join our team? The Account Executive plays a key supporting role in the commercial success of Samsung UK's retail and indirect channel partnerships. Operating within the MX Division, this role supports the delivery of outstanding performance across Samsung's entire Mobile product portfolio-including Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, Computing, and Accessories. You will work closely with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to help implement commercial plans, coordinate product and promotional lifecycles, and manage key operational processes that enable account growth. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-value channel performance while building commercial acumen, executional excellence, and partner engagement skills in a fast-paced, market-leading environment. Success in this role requires a commercially aware, detail-focused, and analytically strong individual who can operate confidently with data, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day running of key retail and indirect accounts, ensuring volume targets, promotional timelines, and product execution are consistently delivered.
  • Assist in forecasting, stock and pricing file maintenance, and lifecycle tracking to ensure robust commercial operations.
  • Ensure SKU and master data accuracy across partner systems and internal tools.
Sales & Performance Reporting
  • Monitor and report on weekly sell-in, sell-out, attach rate, and ASP performance, providing insight into trends and risks.
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel tools, dashboards, and trackers to support commercial planning, QBRs, and performance reviews.
  • Support the management of commercial terms, pricing structures, rebates, and volume agreements with accuracy and compliance.
Promotional & Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate the launch and execution of promotions, new products, and seasonal campaigns across all sales channels.
  • Partner with Marketing and Retail teams to ensure in-store and online visibility, premium positioning, and launch readiness.
  • Track and measure promotional return on investment and performance to inform future planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key operational liaison between account teams and internal collaborators including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, and Retail Field Teams.
  • Support the creation of internal review decks, partner presentations, and planning documentation.
  • Help ensure product availability, stock allocation, and go-to-market timing align with business plans.
  • Flawless day-to-day support of retail and indirect accounts, with smooth commercial execution and high partner satisfaction.
  • Measurable contribution to sell-out performance, attach rate uplift, and campaign success through effective coordination and reporting.
  • Clean, reliable data and tools that empower the account team and inform senior decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Shown in commercial account support, retail operations, or sales coordination-ideally within Consumer Electronics, Telecoms, Retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookup, dashboards) and strong data confidence.
  • Outstanding focus on detail and strong process field; capable of handling various projects and priorities within strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow within a world-class commercial environment.
