As an Azure Support Engineer, you will be a critical escalation point within the support team.

• Taking ownership of complex Microsoft Azure incidents, changes, service requests, and problem records, driving them to resolution.
• Serving as a technical escalation point within the team.
• Achieving and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Support Team Manager.
• Collaborating with DevOps and Service Delivery teams to provide exceptional client support.
• Partnering with the Cloud Operations team to handle high-priority requests during out-of-hours coverage via an On-Call rota.

We'd love you to have

• Experience working on Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing enterprise database systems, including SQL and MySQL.
• A solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls.
• A demonstrated passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
