Tasks
Your Mission

As our UK Sales Head you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the UK market. You’ll build and lead a high‑performing local sales team, develop strategic partnerships and deliver compelling demos that showcase the power of Ninox’s low‑code platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on execution, growth and customer success.

What You’ll Do
  • Build, lead and scale a top‑tier UK sales team with a strong performance culture
  • Deliver engaging product demos with a solid technical understanding of business applications
  • Position Ninox to executive‑level decision‑makers with a focus on mid‑market and enterprise clients
  • Drive new business with a hunter mentality and leverage your extensive UK network
  • Recruit, onboard and manage high‑potential partners and system integrators
  • Collaborate closely with International Marketing to plan and execute demand‑generation activities
  • Set, track and exceed KPIs and sales targets with a hands‑on approach
  • Foster long‑term customer relationships, upsell opportunities and retention strategies
