A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Coordinator to join a leading main residential developer in Leicester reporting to the Senior Technical Manager and Technical Director.
The primary purpose of the Technical Coordinator is to work in the busy Technical Department. You will be an integral part of the Technical team overseeing external Design and Engineering Consultants involved in the project management and administration of all technical and design matters for various residential projects.
This role is to support a number of housing developments through the delivery of cost effective engineering solutions and provide a service to all other departments within the business. The successful candidate must be adaptable, have a strong and consistent management approach to managing external consultants.
