Technical Co-ordinator – Property Developer, New Build Residential Development

North West London

A Blue Chip property developer that deliver high quality designed buildings are a leading residential developer of residential housing and communities across the London boroughs. The project is a leading regeneration scheme that required a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of an existing phase of development before starting a Phase of mid rise RC frame apartment blocks from RIBA stage 3 onwards and through the construction process.

This is a great role and opportunity to join a property developer utilising skills in architecture, structural engineering, M&E or Interior Design to support the Technical and Design department in delivering high quality and exceptional homes to live with placemaking at the heart of their development ethos.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of an existing phase of development before starting a Phase of mid rise RC frame apartment blocks from RIBA stage 3 onwards and through the construction process.
Qualifications
  • Architect or Engineer with a minimum of two years experience in construction or design consultancy.
  • Degree qualified in architecture or structural, civil, M&E engineering.
  • Excellent work ethic with a strong eye for detail and proactive approach to problem solving and challenges to projects to find strong design solutions.
