Senior Support Worker – North Petherton - £14.82 ph
Typical shifts are: Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:30, working 3 shifts a week including some weekends.
- Assist with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service, supporting the Manager.
- Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, and support supervision.
- Order medication and ensure people we support are assisted with managing their finances.
- Support individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment within the residential service.
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
