Overview

Senior Support Worker – North Petherton - £14.82 ph

Shifts

Typical shifts are: Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:30, working 3 shifts a week including some weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service, supporting the Manager.
  • Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, and support supervision.
  • Order medication and ensure people we support are assisted with managing their finances.
  • Support individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives.
  • Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment within the residential service.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
