A leading care provider is looking for a Support Worker at Yewdale Farm in Cambridgeshire. This position involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Candidates should have experience in health and social care and a passion for working with vulnerable adults. Yewdale Farm is a 5 bed residential home with an additional 3 self-contained flats. We support individuals with various different needs, including Learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. We do our best to promote a person centred approach to maximise and maintain their skills. Yewdale Farm is located on 14 acres of farm land; we support the individuals with everyday activities such as cooking, household chores, gardening, arts and crafts and various other fun games. We also support them out in the community and often visit local cafes, animal farms, pubs, shops and other activities they wish to do.

35 hours per week
