The ideal candidate must have Northern Power Grid Authorisation and a CSCS Card, with proven experience in similar roles. This role demands strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on quality and safety standards.

My client are a leading energy solution provider that are looking to onboard a Civil Site Supervisor with the Northern Power Grid Authorisation, to an ongoing energy infrastructure package being delivered in West Yorkshire.
- Supervise and manage the civils installation in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with team members and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.
- Adhere to all National Grid and CSCS regulations and guidelines throughout the project.
- Northern Power Grid Authorisation (mandatory).
- CSCS Card (mandatory).
- Proven experience in supervising similar projects, particularly involving Anti-Vandal Fence removal.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction and utilities sectors.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring all activities align with project plans.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings with the team.
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
- Address any on-site challenges or issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all team members comply with safety protocols and procedures
