On Site Services Operator- Macclesfield, SK10 2NA - Part Time

Part Time

20 hours one week, 25 hours the next week

Week 1: Monday - Friday 6.30-10.30am, Sunday 7.00-12.00noon

Week 2: Monday - Friday 14:00 - 18:00

£12.72 per hour

What you'll do:

• Be a friendly face, assisting employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Engage with customers and team members.
• Follow and monitor processes to ensure the customers/prospects receive the highest level of customer service, both in the speed of response and the manner of communication.
• Understand the customer's needs and requirements to allow you/us to exceed their expectations.
• Respond promptly to incoming service requests from clients and colleagues.
• Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience.
• Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
